Waiter/Waitress and Dishwasher

Ô St-François Residence, a care and living community for retired individuals, is looking for a versatile Dining Hall Attendant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving meals to residents while ensuring a clean and pleasant environment. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with dishwashing duties.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome residents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents while adhering to service standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area.
• Assist in preparing the dining area for meals.
• Perform dishwashing and kitchen maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff and service personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dining room service, preferably in a senior care environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating excellent teamwork.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow food safety guidelines and protocols.
• Punctuality and reliability.
