Your mission

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you contribute to offering a memorable experience to visitors by participating in various animation and customer service activities throughout the park.

Concretely, you will

• Welcome visitors and answer their questions
• Participate in animation activities and create a dynamic atmosphere
• Personify a mascot or act as a mascot assistant
• Supervise inflatable games and family zones
• Ensure safety and compliance with instructions
• Move between different sectors as needed
