Based at 2901 Rachel Street East, in the Technopole Angus in Montreal, we offer a permanent 40-hour-a-week position.

Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM.

A minimum two-month training period, entirely in the office and during daytime hours, is required for this position.

We offer a salary of $21.70 per hour.

• Your role:
• As an agent in our call center, you will be responsible for:
• Driver support: You will be their first point of contact to answer their questions, solve their problems, and support them daily.
• Operations optimization: You will contribute to improving the efficiency of our dispatch center by identifying areas for improvement.
• Call management: You will handle incoming calls, reservations, special requests, and ensure rigorous follow-up.

What do you need?

• No degree required;
• Knowledge of major Montreal streets;
• French and English spoken and written (mandatory);
• Previous experience in a call center.
