IT Technician

TML Informatique is a specialized IT services company for businesses, currently expanding. We are looking for a passionate, resourceful, and motivated IT technician to thrive in a dynamic, stimulating, and varied environment.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and IT equipment
• Conduct remote and on-site interventions
• Participate in varied and stimulating IT projects
• Ensure the proper functioning and updates of infrastructures
• Collaborate with the team to provide fast and professional service
• Desired profile:
• Relevant experience in enterprise IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows, network, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Autonomy, professionalism, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license (important asset)
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities
