The cashier provides an excellent guest experience by exceeding expectations and taking orders, gathering items, and serving everything properly. The cashier prioritizes guests, offering friendly and attentive service to build loyalty. Additionally, the cashier ensures the dining area is clean and presentable, contributing to A&W's operational standards in the restaurant. The cook prepares high-quality food that exceeds guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. The cook is ready to learn and embrace change while implementing A&W's new initiatives. The cook prioritizes guests by offering perfect and delicious food made from natural ingredients. Additionally, the cook ensures kitchen safety and cleanliness, contributing to A&W's high operational standards in the restaurant.

• Physical Requirements
• Stand for long periods (up to eight hours)

• Perform repetitive tasks (prepare and gather order items and periodically clean the restaurant, for example)
• Stay vigilant to ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues and guests
• Maintain good personal hygiene habits and adhere to uniform standards
• Be able to handle stressful situations
