JOB INFORMATION

Position: Roaster (Roaster)

• Type: Part-time
• Salary: Starting at $18.10/h + shared tips
• Planned hours: Between 15h and 20h per week
• Required availability: Weekday evenings and weekends

MAIN TASKS

• Ensure the cooking of chicken according to Benny & Co.'s quality standards
• Prepare and monitor the quantities of chicken to cook according to the crowd
• Cut, gut, and prepare the chicken for service
• Manage the cooking of products in the fryer
• Ensure the freshness and quality of food at all times
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards
• Work as a team to provide effective service, even in high-traffic situations
• Handle and transport chicken skewers safely
• Perform safe handling of loads, including heavy loads
