In this role as a linear agent, you will play an essential role in managing ground transportation in front of the terminal. You will be called upon to interact with passengers, carriers, and various users to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.

Responsibilities of the Linear Agent

• Monitor the linear and passenger areas, shuttles, buses, and paid passenger transportation
• Control access to passenger and ground transportation areas
• Apply procedures related to linear management
• Ensure circulation in front of the terminal to maintain fluidity and security
• Inform and direct passengers to appropriate waiting areas and parking lots
• Verify the legitimacy of paid passenger transportation during pickups
• Assist passengers in special situations at parking lot entrances and exits
• Report any event, incident, anomaly, or security issue to responsible teams
• Answer passenger questions and provide professional customer service
• Perform any other relevant task assigned by supervision

Qualifications of the Linear Agent

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid BSP permit
• First Aid Certificate - mandatory
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Own a vehicle
• Functional English
