As a security supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, ensuring the smooth operation of security operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities of the Team Lead

• Lead a team of security agents on-site
• Manage and keep up-to-date the daily schedule of security agents
• Ensure that guidelines are followed, updated, and adhered to by all security agents
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related tasks

Qualifications of the Team Lead

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification, an asset or mandatory
• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing a security team
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to the anglophone clientele served.
• Excellent leadership skills
