Salary: $ CA25.00 to $ CA36.00 per hour

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, application of primers.
• Painting: Application of high-quality paint, including special paints like epoxy, for durable protection and aesthetic finish.
• Finishing: Application of varnish, protective coatings, and realization of customized finishes.
• Work with specialized equipment: Use of paint booths, debossing tools, and paint guns adapted to large vehicles.
• Respect of safety standards: Handling of chemical products and use of appropriate safety equipment.

• Surface Preparation:

The damaged area is cleaned and prepared for straightening. This may involve removing parts such as bumpers, trim, etc.

• Sheet Metal Straightening:

The debosser uses a variety of tools, such as hammers, blocks, levers and traction tools, to straighten the sheet metal and eliminate bumps and wrinkles.

• Fiberglass Repair:

If the bodywork is in fiberglass, the debosser can repair cracks or chips using appropriate repair techniques.

• Leveling and Finishing:

After straightening, the debosser uses sanding and leveling tools to smooth the surface and prepare the area for painting.
