Do you want to grow within a rapidly expanding company and take on a position where every day brings new challenges? Prestige Gold, specializing in the purchase of gold, silver, jewelry, and collectibles across Canada, is looking for a roadside representative to join its team.
Important – Mandatory Travel
This position requires you to be outside your home approximately 5 days a week, every week, during our active periods.
You will travel across Canada and spend most of your workweek on the road, with company-provided hotel accommodations. Travel is an essential part of the position. If you are looking for a job that allows you to return home every evening, this position will likely not meet your expectations.
All travel-related expenses are fully covered by the company, including transportation, accommodation, and meal allowance.
As a roadside representative, you will be part of a dynamic team of 2 to 4 people. You will participate in purchase events organized in various Canadian provinces to meet clients who wish to sell their valuable items.
Your role will involve evaluating the items presented by clients, presenting purchase offers, and negotiating transactions in a professional and respectful manner.
No experience in the field is required. We offer comprehensive training to provide you with all the tools needed for your success. We are looking for a motivated, reliable person comfortable with frequent travel.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the setup and arrangement of event rooms.
- Welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Evaluate clients' items according to the taught methods.
- Present purchase offers and negotiate prices when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Contribute to the smooth running of events and teamwork.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of $200 per day.
- Increase to $250 per day after 3 months.
- Advantageous bonus program.
- Potential annual income between $80,000 and $100,000.
- All travel expenses are covered by the company:
- Transportation
- Accommodation
- Meal allowance
- Work Schedule
- The company operates according to two main seasons:
- Mid-August to early or mid-December
- Late January to late May
- Regular Trips
- Depart on Tuesday.
- Events from Wednesday to Sunday.
- Return home at the end of the trip.
- Monday off for recovery and preparation for the next week.
- Extended Trips
For longer trips, you will depart on Tuesday and work for 12 consecutive days. Upon returning, you will have a break from Tuesday to Friday, allowing you to recover and prepare for the next departure.

We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Dynamic, motivated, and professional.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Canada.
- Available to be outside their home approximately 5 days and 5 nights a week.
- Possesses an excellent sense of initiative.
- Comfortable in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and autonomously.
