Your contribution to Revenu Québec's mission

At Revenu Québec, the West Quebec Real Estate Project Management Service is a team of approximately 20 people who contribute daily to providing an innovative, high-performance, and stimulating work environment for staff. Its mandate is to provide them with ergonomic, functional, and adapted workspaces.

By evolving within this team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to tackle stimulating challenges, such as modernizing the Nord Tower of the Desjardins complex and implementing the project related to the creation of activity-based work environments.

Active listening, a collaborative spirit, and an ethical sense are fundamental principles that will guide your work on a daily basis.

Your daily life at Revenu Québec

As an ergonomics advisor, you will need to: intervene with employees experiencing ergonomic issues by evaluating risk factors and proposing solutions; advise employees on their physical position at work and discuss possible options to improve their comfort; complete an intervention report (observations, advice, and recommendations) to identify actions to be taken, then transmit it to the manager and the concerned employee; offer your expertise to professional relations advisors in evaluating ergonomic solutions in response to documented medical issues; train first-line interveners to enable them to resolve simple ergonomic issues; design tools and supporting documents to support first-line interveners and your colleagues in their actions; maintain and evolve the intranet site dedicated to ergonomics to promote your team's service offer and disseminate best practices in ergonomics.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to professionally flourish with the support of a young and dynamic team that will be committed to your success and advancement.
