The Terrebonne office is currently recruiting an accounting technician for its club.

Diverse tasks, challenges included!

• Perform the complete accounting cycle on a monthly or quarterly basis (reconciliation and validation of accounts);
• Enter accounting transactions, including customer and vendor invoices;
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations;
• File TPS and TVQ returns and provide support during government audits;
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and intercompany transactions, when required;
• Prepare regularization entries, depreciation and end-of-year files;
• Track payroll deductions;
• Analyze monthly or quarterly financial statements;
• Provide accounting and administrative advice to clients and answer their questions;
• Collaborate with the team and participate in various special mandates.

Experience required: positive attitude included!

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in accounting or relevant training;
• Have experience in a similar role in an accounting firm;
• Master the complete accounting cycle of a company;
• Have good knowledge of accounting standards;
• Master Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Master QuickBooks and Sage 50 software;
• Be able to support the team by providing training, promoting skill development and ensuring knowledge transfer;
• Demonstrate autonomy, diligence and a good team spirit.
