Brief description of the position:

In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP Consultants is seeking Change Management consultants motivated to deliver assignments. The main missions will be to support transformation projects by ensuring the planning, coordination, and deployment of change management activities, and to support managers, project teams, and stakeholders in order to foster adoption, reduce organizational impacts, and ensure an effective transition to new processes, practices, and tools.

Main responsibilities: Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

• Act as an advisor in change management for project teams, managers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze organizational impacts, stakeholders, and risks related to changes in order to recommend appropriate support strategies.
• Develop, plan, and coordinate change management activities in alignment with project objectives and organizational directions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the integration of deliverables and the alignment of change management activities.
• Mobilize stakeholders, support teams in the adoption of changes, and promote their engagement throughout the project.
• Monitor the performance indicators of change management activities, participate in project committees, and formulate recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline;
• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology;
• Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience as a Change Management Consultant;
• Hold a recognized Agile certification (e.g., PSM, CSPO, CSM, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills in French and English;
• Mobility.
