We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized person to manage our store's daily operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the store (boxes, product setup, filling, cleaning)
• Welcoming and assisting our customers with enthusiasm
• Preparing, packaging, and presenting products
• Taking orders in-store and by phone
• Assisting in production when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Skills

• 5 years of customer service experience
• Experience in baking and/or pastry considered
• Experience with a cash register system

• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic, autonomous, and well-organized person
• Quick to execute and able to manage priorities
• Team spirit, punctuality, and concern for well-done work
• Relevant experience in retail (Café, bakery, etc.)
