Job Conditions

• 3 years or more of experience in industrial sandblasting, surface treatment, or related field (preferred)
• On-site training provided
• Salary scale: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour - to be discussed based on experience
• Valid work permit required
• Proficiency in spoken and written French

Preparation and Sandblasting

• Prepare metallic surfaces by sandblasting according to production specifications
• Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment (sandblasting pot, nozzles, compressors)
• Visually inspect pieces before and after sandblasting to ensure compliance
• Perform masking and protect areas that should not be treated

Maintenance and Control

• Perform daily maintenance of the sandblasting chamber and equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area
• Report any anomalies or maintenance needs

Health and Safety

• Use personal protective equipment appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and company-standard compliant work environment

Requirements

• Experience in industrial sandblasting or surface treatment
• Good physical condition and ability to handle loads
• Knowledge of surface preparation standards (an asset)
• Open work permit required
