- Required skills and requirements:
We are looking for a person passionate about cooking and with a great rigor, especially in the respect of hygiene rules related to food service.
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in cooking from a school recognized by the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports, or;
- Have relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in: a collective kitchen (CHSLD, hospital, residence, institutional cafeteria) or a restaurant kitchen demonstrating the technical skills of the DEP, with mastery of hygiene, cleanliness, and production methods in volume.
- Hold a certificate in "hygiene and cleanliness", an asset;
Note: Any diploma obtained abroad must have undergone a Comparative Evaluation of Studies Completed Outside Quebec by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration. Please include the result of the evaluation in your CV, otherwise your application may not be considered.
