Are you passionate about industrial mechanics and looking to evolve in a manufacturing environment where every day brings new challenges? We are currently seeking industrial mechanics to join a dynamic team and contribute to the reliability of production equipment.
In this role, you will participate in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical installations. You will work on various systems, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and industrial piping.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective maintenance, and repairs on production equipment
- Install, disassemble, adjust, and restore various mechanical components
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly drawings
- Perform welding and piping work as needed
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement durable solutions
- Research appropriate assembly procedures and methods for interventions
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational continuity
- Perform any other tasks related to the position
Required Profile
- DEP, DEC, or equivalent training in industrial mechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of precision mechanics
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Excellent manual dexterity and technical work skills
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with heat, noise, and dust
- Availability to work overtime when operations require it
Assets
- Experience with machine tools
- Welding skills
- Laser alignment experience
- Knowledge of industrial pump maintenance
- Roller balancing experience

Salary: $38.72 to $41.48 per hour
