Ready-to-Sell Prep Worker

Viande Richelieu is a food processing plant located in Massueville, 20 minutes from Sorel-Tracy. We are looking for a person with experience in a food processing plant or in line work to join our "ready-to-sell" department team. This is a full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM (end time varies according to production).

Concretely, the tasks include:

• Perform final trimming of meat pieces;
• Perform various meat processing operations using machinery;
• Perform vacuum packaging and ensure its quality;
• Perform product boxing and labeling;
• Follow safety and hygiene rules.

Line work, standing, and in a cold environment, requires good physical capacity and speed.

Compensation: Starting at $19.50 per hour
