RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Process Technician, your tasks will include, among others:
• Conducting mold trials for new products and optimizing process parameters (cycle time, quality, material consumption)
• Installing molds and tooling, making necessary adjustments, and validating tolerances with the quality department
• Providing technical support to production during start-ups and in case of process issues
• Stabilizing, adjusting, and optimizing ongoing processes
• Analyzing technical issues (machine, tooling, material, robot) and proposing sustainable solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and risk analyses in an IATF 16949 certified environment
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date process parameter sheets for each equipment

PROFILE

• Plastic engineering technician and/or any other relevant education/experience
• Good knowledge of scientific molding concepts and 3D drawing software
• French (4/5)
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Adopts a rigorous approach to establish priorities, solve issues, and complete necessary documentation
