CNC Programmer

The CNC Programming Engineer is responsible for the development, optimization, and validation of CNC programs for the manufacture of high-precision machined parts and complex assemblies. He actively contributes to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Main Tasks

• Program CNC machines
• Optimize machining processes, analyze performance, and solve technical issues in collaboration with production teams.
• Ensure technical project tracking, propose required adjustments, and support operations during production rollouts.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and clamping devices adapted to the requirements of complex parts.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives, including cycle time optimization, non-conformance reduction, and process robustness improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Excellent reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Experience in the company's industry sectors (asset).
• Proficiency in Siemens NX software (important asset).
• Good communication in French and English
