Under the supervision of the Robocut operator, the candidate will be responsible for tasks related to cutting and packaging boxes according to the established nomenclature.

Temporary Day Laborer

• $22.82/hour
• Monday to Thursday | 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Temporary Night Laborer

• $24.82/hour
• Sunday to Wednesday | 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU
• Assemble and identify boxes according to standards;
• Nest certain products (position the roll in the box, close, staple, and reposition on the motorized conveyor);
• Feed the core rolls machine when necessary;
• Proceed with the pallet packaging;
• Assist the supervisor in cutting tasks;
• Maintain the work area and surroundings clean and safe;
• Perform any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.

Your background

• High School Diploma (an asset)

Your knowledge

• Experience in manufacturing plant (an asset)
• Forklift driving (an asset)
• Beginner French level 1, must understand a few simple words or expressions related to their immediate environment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Mandatory use of earplugs;
• Wear safety glasses, safety boots, and reflective vest at all times in designated areas;
• Handling of OLFA knife (mandatory anti-cut gloves);
• Follow the established locking protocol.

Work environment

• Work in an industrial setting requiring constant adherence to safety rules and PPE;
• Frequent temperature changes due to movements within the factory.

Physical requirements

• Occasional handling of heavy loads (45 kg);
• Ability to wear mandatory PPE: gloves, ear protection, safety glasses, safety boots, safety vest, etc.;
• Ability to work at a sustained pace occasionally.
