Our established and growing dealership in Brossard is currently looking for a Financial Services Assistant to join its F&I (Finance & Insurance) department.

Your Role
In collaboration with the Chief Financial Director, the sales team, and the delivery clerk, you will contribute to ensuring a smooth, professional, and compliant customer experience from the conclusion of the sale to the delivery of the vehicle.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete customer files;
- Register vehicles;
- Finalize auto financing files;
- Prepare, complete, and have documents signed;
- Conduct the final signature meeting with the customer before delivery;
- Ensure the administrative finalization of transactions;
- Present, sell, and follow up on financial and protection products;
- Verify the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of files;
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Director and the sales team;
- Coordinate the various stages of files with the delivery clerk;
- Ensure a professional and reassuring experience for each customer.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Experience in customer service;
- Experience in an administrative, sales, or F&I department;
- Good understanding of the vehicle sales, financing, and delivery process;
- Ability to present and conclude the sale of financial products;
- Proficiency or good knowledge of Merlin, SAAQclic, and Dealertrack tools.
