In the course of your duties, you will perform complex operations that require a high level of attention, concentration, and coordination.

As a Heavy Equipment Handler, you may be required to

• Handle complex materials and parts using large forklifts;
• Identify the different components of a forklift and report any defects, if applicable;
• Apply safe methods when operating and handling loads;
• Respect load capacity limits, taking into account handling techniques and applicable standards;
• Observe the environment to assess risks and take necessary precautions;
• Perform various tasks to support production (operating small forklifts, preparing materials, etc.).

Job requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license;
• Be available to work on different shifts and according to a cyclic schedule, depending on production needs;
• Experience and/or training in operating heavy vehicles, construction equipment, or comparable experience;
• Be able to provide work that respects the company's procedures and safety rules and comply with applicable health and safety standards for your role.
