Your role

Under the supervision of the Human Resources Management, the incumbent will provide advisory services to managers in the field of human resources and plan, organize, direct, and control the various activities under their responsibility within the Human Resources department. They will be responsible, among other things, for managing all processes and files related to staffing, social benefits, and the application of applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Your profile

• University degree in human resources;
• Experience in human resources in an international company;
• 5 years of experience in recruiting for technical and manufacturing positions;
• 3 years of experience in international mobility;
• Experience in the aerospace industry and the field of composites is an asset;
• Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written);
• Proficiency in software: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (intermediate level) and Outlook;
• Experience with Oracle's HRIS is an asset;
• Ability to coach and influence;
• Results-oriented, data quality, and continuous improvement;
• Good management of priorities.
