About the Specialized Laborer (Connection) position

As a Specialized Laborer (Connection) at TMS, you will play a key role in the preparation and assembly of steel components. You will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our production operations.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, drill, plane, notch, cut, and punch steel pieces;
• Identify pieces according to plans and production requirements;
• Clean and prepare pieces before assembly;
• Operate equipment such as the ironworker (multi-function press) and the saw;
• Operate a bridge crane for the movement of materials and equipment in the factory;
• Participate in the securing of material to be shipped;
• Receive training on various machines (plasma, angle line, automatic saw);
• Ensure the preparation and verification of material for loading;
• Move materials or loads safely;
• Read and interpret plans;
• Work in a team, demonstrate autonomy and versatility;
• Maintain your workstation clean and organized for the next shift;
• Strictly follow health and safety rules.

Competitive salary based on your experience

You could earn between $26.10 and $29.10 per hour, depending on your expertise and skills.
