The Maintenance Warehouse Worker is responsible for managing the stock of spare parts, tools, and consumables necessary for maintenance interventions. They ensure their proper organization, supply, and availability, while verifying the conformity of received products and their traceability. Their role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance and minimize production downtime.
Available Positions (1)
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Prepare requisitions/outgoing pieces/orders when material is required and follow up on receipt to track deadlines;
- Maintain inventory of the maintenance warehouse;
- Support the technical team in finding pieces;
- Prepare orders for technician work;
- Replace the buyer during vacations/leave;
- Labeling of items and boxes;
- Manage stock, check their availability;
- Track the stock management software for received or outgoing products;
- Ensure orderliness, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse;
- Control the conformity of received and delivered products;
- Issue purchase orders in the GMAO;
- Follow up on orders with suppliers;
- Perform criticality and obsolescence analyses of inventoried items and propose necessary adjustments;
- Coordinate the processes of outgoing and returning pieces to the warehouse;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Skills and Abilities
- Good knowledge of various mechanical pieces and all products referenced in the company's stock;
- Ability to read and interpret order tracking documents and purchase orders;
- Use of material handling carts;
- Proficiency in a stock management software;
- Forklift license if required to handle pallet trucks or lift trucks;
- With a sense of organization, order, and diligence, the warehouse worker combines good memory capacity of products and their locations. Physically fit (standing and crouching work, carrying loads.

- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience (3 to 5 years)
- Mastery of computer tools and automated environments
- Experience in a food processing environment (asset)
- Good command of French (oral and written)

- Good interpersonal skills

Benefits
- Hourly rate: $26.37/h
- Night premium: $1.50/h (midnight to 6:00 AM)
- Evening premium: $0.90/h (6:00 PM to midnight)
