About the Role
The Director, Product Management leads the product teams responsible for the product strategy and roadmap powering the end-to-end customer journey, including the Website, Mobile applications, and customer acquisition and retention channels. In this role, you will translate business priorities into a clear product vision and execution plan for a frictionless, high-performing digital commerce experience across market expansion, personalization, agentic commerce enablement, and payment solutions. Leading across Web, Mobile, and Platform domains, you will partner closely with Engineering, Data, and business leaders to drive product velocity and sustain growth in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Additionally, you will play a critical role in elevating product standards and building, scaling, and retaining high-performing product teams.
What You Will Do
- Define Strategy & Expansion: Define and drive the multi-year product strategy across customer touchpoints enabling global growth, including US go-to-market, pricing, coupons, payments, and ad tech capabilities.
- Lead Experience & Personalization: Own the product vision for personalization and customer experience initiatives across web, mobile, and off-platform channels, translating it into clear requirements for engineering.
- Drive Strategic Prioritization: Lead the definition and prioritization of a portfolio of business-critical product initiatives across App, Web, and Platform domains, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and measurable outcomes.
- Develop High-Performing Teams: Build, develop, and retain a team of product managers through direct and second-line management, establishing product standards and cultivating a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.
