Your mission

You are responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing a reliable and realistic production plan, aligned with customer demand, industrial capacity, and plant performance standards.

Your objective: deliver the right product, at the right time, at the best cost, while supporting the growth and stability of operations.

Main responsibilities

  • Build and maintain short, medium, and long-term production plans for 8 to 16 production lines.
  • Maximize the achievement of promised dates (OTIF) and customer satisfaction.
  • Integrate speed, yield, and availability parameters into planning.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing and OPEX to improve OEE and reduce losses.
  • Actively participate in S&OP / PIC meetings, propose clear scenarios and recommendations to management.
  • Use and maintain the reliability of MRP M3 INFOR (parameters, base data, horizons, capacities).
  • Be a planning reference on M3 for the production perimeter.
  • Contribute to planning maturity in a growing environment.

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, logistics
  • or DEC with relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a multi-line, high-volume, or cosmetic environment: strong asset
  • Experience with M3 INFOR (mandatory or strongly recommended)
  • Excellent Excel skills (analysis, simulations, KPI tracking)
  • Bilingual French / English (oral and written)
