Aircraft Delivery Analyst – Customer-facing team

  • Provide risk analyses related to aircraft deliveries and evaluate their impacts at the executive level.
  • Gather information from various departments such as Production, Engineering, Methods, Programs, Sales, Legal Affairs, and Finance.
  • Frequently interact and communicate with senior management.
  • Develop and coordinate strategies and timelines related to aircraft deliveries.
  • Compile, analyze, and track aircraft delivery costs.
  • Present risks, financial concessions, and regular updates to management.
  • Propose risk mitigation plans.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate management level when required.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You have experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (an asset).
  • You have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • You demonstrate initiative, are results-oriented, and have the willingness to make decisions.
  • You possess expertise in project management (leadership), as well as strong skills in analysis, planning, and problem-solving.
  • You are a model in delivering high-quality results on time and hold your stakeholders accountable.
  • You have a deep understanding of several disciplines, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Methods, and Customer Support.
  • You have experience in supporting complex organizational changes and demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English and are capable of influencing at different levels of the organization.
  • You are capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
  • You are proficient in advanced MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BI).
