What will you contribute to the team?

  • Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site
  • Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to the Quality Leadership Team
  • Conduct technical investigations to ensure concrete responsibility
  • Provide fully detailed documentation/report on issues
  • Establish a short-term containment plan in assembly

How will you thrive in this role?

  • Hold a college diploma in aeronautics or any other related field or equivalent
  • 5 years of comparable work experience in aircraft manufacturing
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of quality management systems
  • Change management skills
  • Experience with problem-solving techniques
  • Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French)
  • Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Also considered as assets:
  • Experience with SAP
  • Audit of systems, processes, or products
  • Experience with internal interventions
  • Experience working as a team leader with excellent negotiation skills
