Responsibilities

Under the direction of the regional director, the clinic director's fundamental mission is to ensure the complete satisfaction of the clientele by overseeing the smooth running of the clinic's services and activities. She supports the clinic advisors and medical staff in implementing the company's policies and standards, as well as maintaining the brand image and customer experience.

Within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Supervise and optimize clinic activities
  • Perform various beauty treatments
  • Track and achieve clinic performance goals, retain and develop clientele
  • Ensure proper daily management of the human resources entrusted to you
  • Guide, support, evaluate, and mentor technicians in achieving their customer service and sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as maintaining the brand image and customer experience. Monitor the quality of treatments provided.
  • Welcome, advise, and assess client needs.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as report production, inventory and order taking, scheduling, etc.
  • Perform any other essential tasks for the smooth operation of the clinic.

  • Completed a DEP in aesthetics or a related field, an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (including personnel management)
  • Proficiency with computers (Office suite and appointment scheduling software)
  • Be dynamic and passionate about customer service
  • Have strong sales and employee coaching skills
  • Have a positive and mobilizing attitude
  • Be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and have the ability to prioritize what needs to be done
  • Offer availability to work during the day, evening, and Saturday
  • Note:
  • 40-hour workweek
  • Variable schedule day/evening/Saturday
  • Available at least 1 evening per week
  • Available at least 1 Saturday per month
