Position

• Curl Host & Analyst – Full Time
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
• Salary: To be discussed

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival.
• Manage appointments, including client check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reception duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client messages.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and personalized client experience.
• Recommend products available in our boutique based on client needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Support the team with daily salon operations as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in the beauty industry and textured hair care.
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is required.
