Delivery Driver

Your daily contribution and impact

• Prepare orders, starting from the transport ticket, and meet delivery deadlines unless constrained by the dispatcher
• Validate merchandise and ensure quality and accuracy before accepting delivery, examine merchandise with customers before receipt
• Plan daily pickups of cores, returns, and warranties for customers without disrupting the delivery service efficiency
• Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups performed and ensure appropriate documents accompany all pickups, returns, and warranties
• Ensure customer complaints and dissatisfaction are reported promptly to the dispatcher and/or store manager
• Check vehicle liquid levels daily, tire condition, and ensure interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness
• Adopt safe driving and always follow traffic laws
• Participate in cyclic account programs and annual store inventory
• May be called upon to participate in store customer service activities, assist in maintaining store cleanliness, and stock products

Essential expertise and skills

• No experience required
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Have high interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships
• Be able to lift pieces weighing up to 50 lbs
