GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The exam supervisor ensures the smooth running of the exam rooms in the adapted service. They perform all tasks required for the preparation, setup, and supervision of exams, as well as the distribution of copies to teachers.

SOME ASSIGNMENTS

  • Supervise exam rooms according to established protocols.
  • Prepare, follow, control, and verify the resources identified in the student files to ensure the smooth running of activities in the exam rooms (computer equipment, authorized materials, duration of the exam, etc.).
  • Route information requests during the exam (questions, clarification requests, etc.) to teachers or any concerned parties and follow up as required.
  • Provide administrative support and follow-up in connection with the submission of exams to teachers.
  • Enter data related to adapted service students according to established procedures.
  • Direct individuals, if necessary, to appropriate services or resources.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment used in exam rooms (noise-canceling headsets, concentration materials, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of the Archipelago.
  • Perform correspondence and filing inherent to the job.
  • Route verbal or written communications according to directives.
  • Enter data into the CLARA system according to established procedures.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
  • Work overtime during certain periods, as needed by the service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a high school diploma or a professional studies diploma with an appropriate option, or hold a diploma or certificate of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority.
  • Have at least one (1) year of relevant experience.

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken French (validated through a test)
  • Good knowledge of commonly used software: Word level 1, Excel level 1 (validated through a test)
  • Ability to use the Office suite and CLARA within the first 20 days of work
