Jazz Lebourgneuf is a warm and pleasant residence that has the pleasure of welcoming over 225 autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Located in a prime area, at the heart of the Lebourgneuf neighborhood. We are currently looking for a part-time, creative and passionate Chef to offer an exceptional culinary experience to the residents.

Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours a week, daytime

Salary: $21.48/h to $22.75/h depending on experience

GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate on menu preparation by suggesting ideas
• Perform other related tasks
• Participate in assembling dishes
• Ensure optimal use of ingredients while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment according to hygiene and sanitation norms
• Prepare cold dishes and desserts
• Peel and cut vegetables for meals

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Good team player
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in establishment cuisine or equivalent
