GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• Wash dishes after each meal and store them in the appropriate places
• Clean equipment used after each use (cauldron, pans, stove, etc.)
• Take care of the cleanliness of the equipment and work areas
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment according to hygiene and sanitation standards
