Key Responsibilities

• Beverage & Food Preparation: Craft coffee, teas, matcha, and specialty drinks with care and precision; assemble pastries, sandwiches, and snacks following proper food safety standards.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, listen carefully to customer preferences, and ensure a memorable experience.
• POS & Cash Handling: Efficiently process orders and payments using POS systems (e.g., Micros POS) with strong accuracy and integrity.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Keep work stations, food prep areas, and seating clean, safe, and well-stocked.
• Teamwork: Work autonomously and collaboratively during peak times to keep shifts running smoothly.

Shift Details & Location

• Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
• Schedule Availability: Open 7 days a week with flexible shifts available (primarily morning, afternoon, and evening shifts).
• Tips: Very generous tip potential!

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1 year of experience in food service, coffee shops, or bistros is preferred (but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!).
• Languages: French (required); beginner English.
• Key Traits: Autonomy, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, versatile, punctual, and someone who loves having fun while working hard!
• Skills: Familiarity with POS systems/cash registers, basic math skills, excellent time management, and a good understanding of food safety hygiene standards.
