TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Coordination

  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations;
  • Coordinate priorities between tickets, projects, emergencies, and client follow-ups;
  • Monitor team workload and identify areas of overload or blockage;
  • Ensure that requests are addressed within reasonable timeframes;
  • Clarify responsibilities, follow-ups, and escalation mechanisms;
  • Bridge the gap between management decisions, team needs, and their practical application in operations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Contribute to the onboarding, integration, and follow-up of employees;
  • Participate in performance, behavior, and expectation tracking;
  • Support the management of schedules, absences, vacations, and availability;
  • Intervene in communication, collaboration, or team climate issues;
  • Foster responsibility, mobilization, and collaboration within teams.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify operational irritants and propose improvement suggestions;
  • Optimize internal processes, follow-ups, management tools, and team routines;

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, project management, or any relevant field;
  • IT, IT service management, or continuous improvement training, an asset;
  • 8 to 10 years in operations management, team coordination, service management, or project management roles;
  • Experience in a services, consulting, or technology company;
  • Experience in team management, priority tracking, deadline management, and process improvement;
  • Good understanding of the realities of a technical team.
