Your Responsibilities

• Conduct and document business needs and client process analysis to design solutions architecture tailored to organizational goals.
• Design, develop, configure, and deploy Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio) that meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvement by integrating intelligent conversational agents and AI capabilities using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Quickly develop prototypes, proofs of concept (POC), and minimum viable products (MVP) to validate needs and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
• Serve as a leadership and coordination role throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis to deployment.
• Support clients during trials, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live to ensure solution quality and adoption.
• Plan and conduct training for key users and administrators to promote solution autonomy and adoption.

Desired Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform including Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power App concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AI solutions - an asset
• Knowledge of the entire Azure ecosystem and cloud integration
• Knowledge of Dynamics (CRM) and Azure DevOps - an asset
• Microsoft or Power Platform certifications - an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team spirit and sense of collaboration
• Proficiency in French - spoken and written
• Proficiency in English - spoken and written (an asset)
