About the position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM/GIA) to lead a strategic initiative to modernize the governance and lifecycle of identities and access.

The mandate aims to strengthen information security, improve regulatory compliance, and optimize operational efficiency by implementing an integrated approach involving business sectors, human resources, IT, cybersecurity, and audit.

The person we are looking for will consider GIA as a complete organizational capability, and not just a technological or cybersecurity initiative. Technical requirements and skills

Main requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing major projects or programs
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in GIA / IAM
  • Experience in delivering at least one complete GIA transformation involving:
