Tasks and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Logistics Director, you will be part of a team that supports the operations of Groupe SGM, Electrical Engineering Contractor. You will track and coordinate various elements that contribute to the execution of our projects. You will also be called upon to contribute and provide your expertise in the management of the following:

The entire external transport aspect, the management of our measurement equipment and PPE fleet, and the management of inventory replenishment requests.

Additionally, you will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of the company's tooling process as well as the warehouse process.

Logistics

• Assign and track vehicle loans in collaboration with the garage team (e.g., trucks, trailers, vans, containers, generators, etc.);
• Maintain the various tools used.
• Coordinate the integration of new vehicles into our fleet and the removal of those at the end of their useful life in collaboration with the garage team;
• Execute vehicle transfers between different users.
• Handle the cleaning of the vehicle fleet in collaboration with our various partners;
• Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of equipment that supports the execution of on-site work and track the occupancy level of key equipment;
• Process and track external equipment rental requests in connection with the mobilization process...
• Coordinate internal and external transport requests.

Inventory/ERP

• Process purchases in connection with inventory management;
• Support returns to suppliers (RMA);
• Update Min-Max levels and ensure effective material level management;
• Conduct on-site audits when required;
• Collaborate on cyclic settlement audits both on-site and in the warehouse.

Equipment and PPE

• Manage the compliance of our equipment and PPE fleet in collaboration with the SST team;
• Assess needs and define the renewal needs of the equipment and PPE fleet.

Building

• Coordinate requests and track their execution in collaboration with the building manager.
