About the Role
As part of our rapid growth, we are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our recruitment needs and expansion goals. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this person will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent to support the company's growth objectives.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, in partnership with managers to attract, assess, and select the best talent. The role aims to optimize recruitment metrics, including reducing hiring time (time-to-fill), ensuring hiring quality, supporting an effective onboarding process, and providing an exceptional experience to candidates and managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to new employee onboarding.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and managers throughout the process.
- Prepare job offers, support pre-hire steps, and coordinate new employee onboarding.
- Keep candidate files up-to-date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure quick feedback and efficient advancement of recruitment processes.
- Take initiative to advance recruitment priorities and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complete recruitment cycle, ideally for engineering, technical, production, R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), and sales positions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment profiles and needs in the manufacturing, technical, and engineering fields.
- Demonstrated experience in attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and talent search platforms.
- Excellent French and English language skills, both oral and written, due to interactions with our international facilities.
- Experience in recruitment within an international or global environment is an asset.
