The A220 Commercial Aircraft program is looking for an IT in OT Specialist (m/f) to join our Digital Industrial Operations North America (DOI-NA) team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work collaboratively with the North American Industrial Solutions team.

You will be part of the Digital team responsible for ensuring the high availability, integrity, and security of IT technologies deployed on production machines. The team is organized to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

As an IT in OT Specialist, your role will be to provide operational support, set up, and administer the IT systems and infrastructure necessary for the smooth functioning of industrial and production activities.

Your challenges

  • Provide operational support (levels 1 and 2) by diagnosing, resolving, and tracking incidents until closure.
  • Deploy and configure workstations, servers, system images, peripherals, and business tools.
  • Administer systems and infrastructure (account, permission, security policy, patch, and backup management).
  • Manage basic network elements, including IP addressing, Wi-Fi connectivity, network shares, and secure remote access.
  • Create and maintain system images, deployment scripts, templates, and standardized operational procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and performance monitoring to anticipate anomalies and optimize environments.
  • Coordinate vendor interventions, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Write technical procedures, user guides, and ensure knowledge transfer to local teams.

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid professional experience in IT support and system infrastructure administration (industrial or production environments are highly appreciated).
  • Mastery of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 workstation administration (Linux knowledge is a plus).
  • Practical experience with image and deployment management tools (such as SCCM/Intune, MDT, or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of network and security concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, antivirus, patch management) and monitoring solutions (ServiceNow, Nagios, Splunk).
  • Possession or preparation of a technical certification (e.g., A+, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CISSP, or ITIL foundations).
  • Desired human qualities: autonomy, diligence, and strong customer service spirit.
  • Advanced level in French and English, both written and spoken.
