• Salary scale 005: $88,300 to $110,400 (The base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills relevant to the position.)
• Your role in achieving results:

The Project Manager – Operations will be responsible for the preparation and execution of capitalization and maintenance projects in collaboration with the corporate engineering team.

• Be responsible for the preparation (analysis and definition of project steps), project planning (proposal, budget estimate, technical quotes, bids, selecting contractors), and supervision of various works while respecting SST, quality, and environmental standards, in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
• Control project budgets and schedules.
• Gather or write end-of-project documentation to transfer the project to internal clients.
• Evaluate and/or design equipment to improve production efficiency while respecting quality standards.
• Provide support to operations, both during the startup of new equipment and during normal production.

What we are looking for to deliver these results

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in project management within the food industry required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, automated production engineering, or other relevant field, an asset.
• An equivalent combination of studies and/or experience may be considered.
