We are looking for a highly motivated and technically competent Business Analyst to play a key role in our supply chain transformation initiatives. Your primary mission will be to ensure the continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM; Bamboo Rose) system, support new initiatives within the application, integrate new systems, and resolve technical issues. This position will also involve providing support to our main global distribution and logistics applications, particularly 3PL integrations. Key Responsibilities: PLM Business Analyst – Continuous Improvement and System Optimization (PLM):

  • Provide technical and functional expertise to identify, design, and implement optimizations for product lifecycle management systems, thereby improving operational efficiency and data integrity;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze departmental needs related to supply chain applications and establish effective and scalable system solutions;
  • Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies and scenarios to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation with commercial and quality assurance teams;
  • Be responsible for the incident resolution process for the application portfolio, providing level 2/3 technical troubleshooting services and coordinating with third-party support services for rapid and effective resolution of complex issues;
  • Contribute to the development of a forward-looking roadmap for PLM systems, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision for supply chain.

Business Analyst, Integration – System Integrations

  • Act as a key contributor to the design of solutions related to the integration of our supply chain systems to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives;
  • Analyze and understand the technical implications upstream and downstream of any proposed change to accurately assess the impact on systems;
  • Participate in the development and technical implementation of designed specifications, particularly for integrations;
  • Analyze departmental needs related to supply chain applications and establish appropriate solutions;
  • Be responsible for incident resolution and continuous improvement of the application portfolio;
  • Actively participate in the definition of testing strategies and scenarios to support the execution of tests with the Quality Assurance team and business stakeholders;
  • Handle technical troubleshooting of any issue and work with third-party support services to ensure effective and rapid resolution.

Skills

  • Possess a unique blend of in-depth operational knowledge in supply chain, particularly in PLM systems, along with strong technical skills to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated system solutions that align with our innovative roadmap;
  • Have experience in a retail environment;
  • Master the technical and functional aspects of PLM systems (knowledge of Bamboo Rose, an asset);
  • Understand the PLM process (from design to the creation of purchase orders and shipping documents);
  • Have technical expertise with SQL and integrations (API, xml);
  • Have experience in direct collaboration with end-users to successfully complete complex projects related to systems or applications;
  • Have excellent understanding of the integration of people, processes, and technologies required to implement change;
  • Be able to collaborate with different teams to coordinate and prioritize projects and initiatives;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
