Our team is responsible for the implementation and administration of residential renovation and adaptation programs, particularly for low-income households. They provide strategic advice, define orientations, and review the ways of doing things for renovation and adaptation programs to authorities.   • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team by offering varied administrative support, including email management, collaboration with the administration technician, adaptation advisors, and management advisors, and ensuring the processing of communications and mail;
  • Provide a human and courteous service by communicating with a vulnerable clientele, particularly by transmitting equipment repair authorizations and responding to information requests from clients and partners;
  • Ensure the processing and follow-up of home adaptation program files, including receipt, digitization, analysis, and routing of documents for processing.
