Working hours: 14 hours during a session and 35 hours during the summer
Availability: Daytime, Monday to Friday
Start date: September 2026 or according to your availability
Status: Contract for the Fall 2026 session with the possibility of extension for the Winter 2027 session
Work mode: The work assignment can be done in hybrid mode (telework and in-person at the office). All these modalities will be determined at the time of the final selection of the chosen person.

Hourly wage starting at $23.04 A 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.
The remuneration is determined based on the relevance of all your studies and experiences related to the job.
Therefore, it is important to detail in your registration form, for each job listed, all the tasks performed, the start and end dates, and the number of hours worked per week, as this document will serve as a reference for the establishment of the remuneration.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows
- Process the opening of new disability files in the MISST software;
- Ensure the proper management of the service's email box by forwarding requests to team members;
- Process reimbursement requests for physical activities of staff members;
- Prepare documents, correct layouts, or write letters;
- Transmit certain information to the concerned parties, such as the remuneration service, the insurance company, the manager, or the staff member;
- Process bill payments or any other administrative tasks requested.

- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada;
- You must be domiciled in Quebec;
- You must be currently enrolled in studies in a relevant field.
- You must be aged 16 years or older as of June 30.
- College Studies
Be enrolled full-time (or part-time if you are in the penultimate or final session of your studies) in one of the following fields of study:
- DEC: Administration Techniques
- DEC: Office Techniques
- Any other relevant studies
- French Language
You must have appropriate French language skills for the job.
