You will develop objectives taking into account the interdisciplinary orientations of the facility;

You will ensure the management of human, material, financial and information resources of the service;

You will ensure the application of policies and procedures related to the food service, to ensure healthy, quality food adapted to the needs of the clientele, families, visitors and staff.
