You will manage the daily activities of all care sectors;

You will manage customer service across the entire facility to ensure residents receive individualized, continuous, and appropriate care and services;

As a clinical expert, you will advise, support, and guide the nursing care team;

You will assume the management of human, material, financial, and informational resources under your responsibility.

A profile that makes a difference! : You hold a nursing education and are a registered member of the O.I.I.Q

You have acquired five (5) years of relevant clinical experience and one (1) year in supervisory roles (an asset), preferably in long-term care within the health and social services network

You practice a management style that demonstrates the importance you place on teamwork, respect, listening, daily acts of recognition, and communication

You have the ability to establish collaborative relationships with teams to ensure the development of high-quality care and long-term services
