Dietitian, Menu Section (Customer Service)

• You will be responsible for managing the food service of your establishment in collaboration with your team.
• You will plan, coordinate, and control activities related to clinical nutrition to ensure residents receive a nutrition treatment adapted to their living conditions, in line with their expectations and the principles of a healthy and balanced diet.
• You will manage human, material, financial, and information resources of your service.
• You will work closely with the care team and interdisciplinary team to provide quality services.

• Do you have a real interest in an elderly client base losing autonomy?
• Do you hold a bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition?
• Are you a member of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec?
• Do you have experience in food service management, an asset?
• Are you skilled at working in a structure with multiple establishments?
• Do you have good knowledge of the nutrition of the elderly, the problems encountered, and dysphagia?
• Do you have good knowledge of Promenu (an asset)?
